Resource Management (CRM)
Crew resource management or cockpit resource management
as it known, provides the student with the background
to successfully operate an aircraft in the human operating
environment. It is important to note that the majority
of accidents are not caused by the aircraft itself
but rather the pilot operating the aircraft. Mountains
don’t move and cannot obstruct the path of the
aircraft. Once an accident scene is dissected, it
is a sobering thought that the human factor comes
into play more often than you would think.

Legal
requirement:
- It
is currently required that any Part 135,121
operator ensure that a crewmember involved
in the operation shall have a valid CRM certificate.
- Any
person can attend the course.
Payment
Terms: "Pay as you go" Client
will need to have a minimum credit balance
of R1000 at all times.
