Company History

CMS began only with the experience of what other office management systems could not do. The idea was simple: take all the experience and feedback from our customers, and create a system that delivers a robust, solution at blinding speed, even in the most taxing conditions.

Three years, and thousands of man hours later, we had a complete product acceptable to meet the demand and expectations of our first big customer. Very soon we had grown and we continue to add greater and greater value, to our clients and greater and greater functionality to our systems and software. Many of our clients start with a simple need, and perhaps only our base module. Every one of our customers has grown with us, many of them now dependent on our product for their daily function and profitability.

Most importantly, we have formed a partnership with other vendors, business partners, and our customers. It is these partnerships which have enabled our growth, and made us the company we are today.  What will not change is our commitment to developing and delivering world class business solutions based on the world’s leading database programme, Oracle with whom we have forged a close and reliable relationship.

Management Team

IT Manager

Charles has over sixteen years of experience with Oracle programming, Management Systems, Financial Solutions, strategy consulting and implementation, especially with global corporations. Charles has extensive depth in designing solution methodologies for business and technology problems. Working with many of our clients, Charles has conceptualized and prototyped many of the new products for a broad range of industries, for which he now have an in-depth knowledge and understanding.

Business Development Manager

Ian, one of the founding members of CMS, is responsible for business development (South Africa & Europe), and managing the operations and delivery organization at CMS.  Ian brings to CMS over 15 years of experience in business development, relationship management and information systems consulting. He has worked with several countries worldwide with clients in financial services, manufacturing, and most importantly aviation.  At CMS, Ian works closely with multiple groups including Sales Support, the Development Team and our customers.

Product Development Manager

Derek, has over nine years of experience in management, operations and aviation.  Derek has been instrumental in providing the criteria for the software development. He has worked extensively in developing cutting edge solutions for clients across all sectors, Financial Services, Management Services, Operations, Technical.  Derek’s expertise in structuring proven and scalable technology based solutions for clients, and managing high energy implementation and development teams for in-time and within budget delivery.
